Jumping on the fad bandwagon… I purchased this shirt from New York & Co. that has the built in/painted on necklaces. Initially I thought that would be enough to complete the outfit, but when I put the shirt on I still left it was missing something. I tried pairing other real necklaces with the shirt but that looked odd. So I went with the draped scarf that still allowed the shirt’s baubles to be seen. Not to shabby.
